TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

• If you end your membership before completing the 6-month commitment, a one-time penalty fee equal to one month's membership charge will apply.
• Once your membership transitions to a month-to-month plan, you may cancel anytime without penalty.

Payment Details

• Payments will be deducted from your account on the 1st of every month and will cover treatments for that month.
• For example, the payment on January 1st will cover treatments for the month of January.

Membership Details

• You can choose either a Frida Facial or a Chemical Peel monthly, with the option to add on services.
• This membership is NOT transferable and includes 1 service per calendar month.
• Additional facial treatments can be booked, but your membership will not apply to those services.
• Your commitment to the Frida Facial membership is 6 months. After the initial period, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis.

Important Notes

• Facials must be used within the calendar month and cannot be rolled over.
• Facials cannot be converted to gift cards, other services, products, or gratuities.
• Memberships are non-transferable to other clients.
• Other restrictions may apply.
• Add-ons available: dermaplaning, chemical peel, DMK Glow booster, or extractions.
• No rollovers. If you miss or forget your treatments, they will not carry over to the next month.
• If a payment does not go through, we will contact you for an update. If we cannot reach you within 3 days, your membership will be canceled and fees will be applied to your account if applicable.

Note: Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
