Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Frida product purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

New or gently used Frida purchases can be easily returned to any of our Frida locations.

We handle product returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of ensuring our clients satisfaction. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
